TIME's 2013 Most Influential People: Rand Paul

This is my first watercolor painting (in which I didn't do a basics tutorial). I decided to do a mini-series of my favorites from the TIME Magazine Most Influential People of 2013.

Rand Paul is my TOP favorite. Even before his fantastic 13-hour filibuster on the drone-strikes, I kept track of his political views, and before was a devout follower of his father, Ron Paul.

I'm going to leave it at that for now; no need to divulge into politics.
